Dearglow Skin Studio is a private, appointment-only Korean facial studio in NoMad, Manhattan, specializing in personalized treatments for healthy, radiant skin. Founded by Jane, a licensed esthetician in both New York and New Jersey, Dearglow blends Korean skincare philosophy with advanced facial technology to create treatments tailored to what your skin actually needs. Jane begins by listening to your skin story—your concerns, current routine, what has or hasn’t worked, and what you want to improve. From there, each facial is thoughtfully customized, whether your goal is glass skin, hydration, brighter tone, smoother texture, clearer pores, or acne-focused care. Beyond the treatment room, Jane also helps take the guesswork out of Korean skincare by recommending products that make sense for your skin and creating a realistic home-care routine you can feel confident following. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Dearglow is a private, one-on-one studio, and each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because only one client is scheduled at a time, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly affect the studio’s schedule and availability. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * 24+ hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule without penalty, and your $30–$50 deposit can be transferred to your new appointment. * Less than 24 hours’ notice: Your $30–$50 deposit will be forfeited. * No-show: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged. Any deposit already paid will be applied toward this amount. We completely understand that unexpected situations can happen. As a private studio, however, appointment time is a significant part of our business, and it is often difficult to fill an opening on short notice.
